Lesson from Linkedin Hack - Strong Passwords Are The First Line of Defense!

Published: Mon, 06 Jun 2016

It is often overlooked, but one of the most important, and easiest, things you can do to protect your home or any other product/service you use is to have a strong password. The recent LinkedIn hack confirmed how often people forget this simple rule. And some of the biggest tech moguls are not immune. Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg was caught using the password "dadada". But the most vulnerable passwords are those that are used most frequently, and are the ones a hacker will be the first to try if they know your login ID.

If you've setup up your Korner and you are using "123456" for your password, you can be pretty certain that just about any one could get access to your account if they set their mind to it. A few seconds of your time now could save you from endless grief in the future.
